    • Thank you for taking the time to review us and for sharing your concerns. We would love to meet with you so that we can address all of the specific details that you have mentioned.

      We are really excited about our new roof and the A/C units, that were recently installed this past semester. We have already noticed a drop in utility overages, naturally those overages are determined on the residents’ temperature preference.

      If there is a maintenance issue that requires the use of industrial fans, we are careful to review the GRU bill for that time period. As of today, no one has been charged an overage for fans.

      The construction going on next door is for a different apartment community and unfortunately, we do not have control over it. Due to this construction and Gainesville city guidelines new pipes had to be installed; therefore their construction team had to remove the patios located on the route of the new waterline.

      Our gate is to control access to our community. Thank you for letting us know about the gate not closing. Maintenance will take a look at it immediately to make sure that it is working properly. Also if you see guests at the pool without a resident – please contact the office staff or our night managers who are on-call after hours.
